We invite your participation and involvement in the Lutecium project as a member of the
Lutecium Community.  The annual 2011 - 2012 membership fee is $1,000

The 2011- 2012 Benefits of Lutecium Membership include:

Free access to all regular seminars, workshops, and Immersion events year round
Discount on fees to Special Events (Guest Speakers, Conferences, and Symposia)

Membership fees may be paid in installments:

semiannual: due 09/15/11 and 03/15/12 ($500 each)
quarterly: due 09/15/11, 12/15/11, 03/15/12, and 06/15/12 ($250 each)
monthly: due on the 15th of each month, 09/15/11 - 08/15/12 ($84 each)
(note: monthly installment plan includes $8 processing fee, for a total of $1,008)
$10 late fee applies to all late payments

A New Membership for the Formation Program Candidates
We are also pleased to announce that candidates accepted into the Formation Program will enjoy the same benefits as members,
including free access to all regular seminars, workshops, and Immersion events, and additional discounts on fees for special
events, conferences, and symposia for the annual 2011 - 2012 Formation Program membership fee of $900.
Formation Program membership fees may be paid in installments:

semiannual: due 09/15/11 and 03/15/12 ($450 each)
quarterly: due 09/15/11, 12/15/11, 03/15/12, and 06/15/12 ($225 each)
monthly: due on the 15th of each month, 09/15/11 - 08/15/12 ($75 each)
Note: $10 late fee applies to all late payments
